Striper Report July 2, 2010

Fished a half day today with customers David Gaines and Scotty Wages. Had a great day, the fishing was excellent. We boated 22 stripers up to 16 pounds. The fish are in a full summertime pattern. We caught a few fish early on 45 ft. bottoms fishing our bait right down about 5 ft. off the bottom. Later we found fish holding at 50-80 ft.  over a 100 ft. bottom. This is a pattern that usually does’nt occur till late July or August but the extremely high water temps have pushed the fish into that hot summer pattern. The stripers should be very predictable the rest of the summer. Don’t miss out on this super fishing. Will be out all next week and will report back soon,
